Weather
Weather is generally not a factor for shows but since the Front Range typically experiences afternoon, monsoonal flow, random rain showers, hail and thunder storms, you are encouraged to bring your rain gear, umbrellas and ponchos just in case. Should a performance be postponed or cancelled due to weather conditions, announcements will be made on this Web site and by on-site staff. Performances will not be rescheduled due to poor weather.

Bathrooms
Southlands offers public and family restrooms across from the Town Square behind Sunglass Hut and behind The Make Up Store at the Fire pit. In addition restrooms are available in various stores and restaurants.

ATMs
ATMs at Southlands are located in the Town Square, behind the Clock Tower, at Fitzsimons Credit Union and at Wells Fargo.

Parking
Parking is available throughout Southlands.

General Rules and Restrictions
For your safety and the safety of others, Southlands reserves the right to inspect customers and their possessions.

Items allowed at Southlands:

• Non-alcoholic beverages in plastic containers
• Coolers
• Cloth bags, backrests, rain coats or ponchos
• Food
• Binoculars
• Seat cushions or soft-sided stadium seats
• Umbrellas
• Strollers
• Pets
• Lawn chairs

Items that are not allowed at Southlands

• Alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs
• Glass bottles
• Any weapon or item constructed as a weapon such as guns, knives, fireworks or firearms
• Bullhorns or noise makers
• Confetti
• Skateboards or in-line skates

Smoking
Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.

Alcohol
Alcohol is not allowed in the Town Square at Southlands. For more information about the City of Aurora possession or consumption of alcohol in public place or park laws please click here. Intoxicated customers may be denied admittance or asked to leave Southlands.

Band Selection Process
Southlands strives to provide family entertainment for all ages and musical tastes. If you are interested in performing at Southlands please send a sample of your work in addition to your kit to the attention of Karen Gilkey at kgilkey@shopsouthlands.com . Submissions will be considered for the 2009 entertainment schedule.

Local School Performance Inquiries
If you represent a high school, junior high, elementary school or various dance group and they are interested performing at Southlands, please fill out the performance request form for Fourth of July and the 2008 holiday season. Please print off and follow the submission instructions on the form to be considered for our holiday entertainment programs.

Lost & Found
Items found during an event are taken to the Security Office located above Pac Sun on E. Commons Avenue in Suite 255. Contact security at 303-627-5400 to find or report missing items.
